Cheka is a productivity and wellness application that provides task management, habit tracking, daily journaling, and AI-powered coaching features. The App is designed to help users organize their daily activities, build positive habits, and maintain personal well-being through structured reflection.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Cheka, including tasks, journal entries, habits, and notes. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
Cheka includes AI-powered features such as journal organization, task breakdown, and coaching. These features are provided as tools to assist you and should not be considered professional advice. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to apply any AI suggestions.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. This action is irreversible.
Cheka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
